To report a lost or stolen St. Johns Bank ATM or Visa Check Card, contact our Call Center at (314) 428-1059 ext. 3025. The Call Center is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. until Noon. Outside our Call Center hours, please call 1-800-791-2525. To activate a new debit card, please call 1-855-726-4885.

Lost Credit Card
To report a lost or stolen St. Johns Bank MasterCard Credit Card, call Customer Service at 1-800-445-9272. The Customer Service Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
